We make things that
reveal & resonate
At The Very Idea Studio, we create objects that carry meaning—things that live in homes, institutions, or public spaces with intention and presence.
Some pieces are sculptural. Some are sonic. Some are functional. All of them begin with curiosity and unfold through a process that values tension, resonance, contradiction, and craft. Whether it’s a lamp that casts a different kind of shadow, or a table that echoes the evening sky, our work is often an answer to a question that didn’t have words yet.
We work with individuals, collectors, curators, and collaborators to create limited-edition works, one-of-a-kind pieces, and custom commissions that blur the lines between art, design, and discovery.

How IT WORKS
Every project begins with a conversation, an idea, or a feeling. You might bring a prompt—or just a space. We might bring sketches, textures, sounds, or questions. Together, we figure out what it wants to become.
Some works come from our ongoing collections. Others emerge through the PRISMA process—shaped by prompts, tested through iteration, and realized with care.
